RANGE WATER COVID-19 STATEMENT

At Range Water Conditioning, the well-being of our customers and employees are always our highest priority.

PLEASE NOTE: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the State of Minnesota has issued its Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce and have provided further detailed guidance on identifying essential critical infrastructure workers.  They have included as “Essential” all the workers in the water treatment industry play in delivering clean, safe water.  So, Range Water Conditioning remains on the job and fully able to assist you in any way we can during this crisis.

Our showroom remains closed until further notice.  However, we are still ready to provide you the same level of exceptional service you are accustomed to.

Therefore, we are now offering No Contact Curbside Service during our normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday, and 9am to 4pm on Fridays, we are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

We are still offering our normal salt and bottled water delivery to homes and businesses.

You can also still come to our office and purchase salt, filters, other parts and pay a bill, all without getting out of your car!  You can knock or call when you arrive, (please dial 327-1144) and let us know what you need and we will collect it and bring it to your car, and we also are now employing a No Contact Payment Service, we will simply text a payment link to your cell phone and you can quickly and easily enter your payment info.  

We are strongly recommending No Cash transactions, however if you need to pay in Cash, please let our Customer Service rep know and she will be able to assist you.

You can also call ahead and let us know what items you need and when you will be arriving, and we will put your order together ahead of time.

We are still able to perform In-Home No Contact Service, Salt and Water Delivery and Water Consultations.  Please call and we will schedule you as soon as possible and will explain our In Home No Contact Procedures.  PLEASE BE ASSURED, our team is following all safety protocols in your homes and businesses.

While our dealership remains open for business, our team is continuously monitoring the COVID-19 activity and following the latest guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC), and other local, state, and national health organizations.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support as we continue to navigate this challenging and rapidly evolving situation.  It is our commitment to you that we make every effort to do what is right for our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve.

WELL OWNERS:

If you have NOT had a bacteria test recently, we strongly recommend one as information from the CDC indicates that the virus can live in the waste stream, and if there is fecal coliform in your water, and that is from an infected person, you could be exposed.  Not to mention, why would you want to be drinking water with bacteria in it anyway?  The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has always recommended that private wells be tested once a year for total coliform bacteria.  Please call us for information on how to get your well tested!
